Cake Journey !!! " ITS MY MISTAKE "!!!!

During Good Friday , we tried baking as we had some free time than , We tried baking a low-fat chocolate cake which appeared fine at the start --------->

BUT!!! One of my friends accidentally dropped it when he was taking it out from the oven which caused this to happen --------------->






In the end we all still learn a lesson from this experience always be alert!!

Oh yeah and here is the awesome cake we found about =)    

Part 2 of CAKEZ ADVENTURE

While me and my group mates are still experimenting with the different kind of ingredients to make a healthy cake , we have finally made a breakthrough as we just realised after much experimenting that Rice Flour when used for baking will cause the product to have a better scent compared than the same product but baked with ordinary baking flour.

I was mind-boggled when I saw this cake I could not imagine how the people could bake this and still ensure that its design could be like this. The ribbons interlocking with each other was a very attractive part.

I really like the simplicity of this cake. Plus it's really small and cute.

However , it was displayed in a way that made it look weird.

Introduction to US!!!!

We are a group of students from Fairfield Methodist School ( Secondary ) that are interested in baking. We came up with the name of Cakes 1o1 as we wanted to show every cake-loving  and new bakers what we have experienced through our journey. 

Our Aim is

• Create a healthy cake
• Create a delicious cake 
• Make it cheap and reasonable
• THE MOST IMPORTANT POINT : MAKE PEOPLE HAPPY
